MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA (SDM) GURU DALAM MEMAHAMI KURIKULUM BERBASIS CINTA

This article discusses the strategic role of teacher human resource (HR) management in supporting the implementation of a love-based curriculum in Islamic education. A love-based curriculum is understood as an educational approach that places the values of compassion, caring, and moral development at the core of the learning process. The effectiveness of its implementation is largely determined by the readiness, competence, and commitment of teachers as the primary actors in the classroom. This research uses a qualitative approach through a literature review, reviewing various relevant scientific references, particularly those published in the last decade on Islamic education management and teacher professional development. The analysis was conducted descriptively and analytically to identify the relationship between HR governance and the successful internalization of curriculum values. The results indicate that systematically designed teacher management through the identification of competency needs, ongoing development, constructive supervision, and evaluation oriented towards quality improvement can strengthen the implementation of a love-based curriculum more effectively. Thus, optimizing teacher HR management is a crucial foundation for building humanistic and character-based learning.
