MODEL PEMBELAJARAN PROJECT BASED LEARNING DALAM PEMBUATAN VIDEO MATERI AJAR BAHASA ARAB

This study aims to describe how Arabic language learning uses a projection-based learning model based on video assignments of Arabic teaching materials. The project given to students is to make a summary of Arabic learning materials with the theme of Arabic rules such as the number of fi'liyyah, the number of ismiyyah, inna wakhwatuha, kana wakhwatuha, 'adad ma'dud and so on. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Where the population is 40 students in the Arabic language development class. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire that the researcher shared using a google form which was shared online to students using the WhatsApp application. The results of the study showed that students better understood the material assigned to making videos, in addition to that there was also an increase in student creativity in designing Arabic teaching materials. However, there are advantages and disadvantages in this project-based learning model. The advantages of this model are fostering creativity, confidence and helping to access Arabic teaching materials outside of lectures. While the disadvantages are difficulties in video editing, limited time.
