PROGRAM SARAPAN PAGI UNTUK MENUNJANG KEMAMPUAN MEMBACA SISWA PADA KELAS 1 MI

Researchers designed a reading tutoring activity in MI Darul Hikmah, West Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency, involving all grade 1B students, namely a total of 29 children with different children's abilities from vulnerable aged 6 to 7 years, but had the same guidance opportunity, namely once every face-to-face learning in class 3 times a week. This research uses qualitative research methods, and action research types. By observing the things that happen in the target group and the results can be directly imposed on the group concerned in the form of an innovative development process that is tried as you go in detecting and solving problems, in this case using the Breakfast Program. The subjects of this study amounted to 29 grade 1B students of MI Darul Hikmah, West Purwokerto District, Banyumas Regency. Researchers used three data collection techniques: observation, interviews, documentation.Based on the results of the discussion that has been stated, it was concluded that the process of the breakfast program can support the ability of students with student characters who like to read and understand what children read. This is evidenced by the achievement of the student's reading ability factor.
